How to Lengthen My Penis by Stretchening?

The doctor of medical science Walter Shlezinger - one of growing number of the scientists challenging an ordinary opinion that a man's sexual organ is impossible to extend. In his book "Penis enlargement - a miracle for the man " he writes that it's quite possible to lengthen the size of your sexual organ by means of physical exercises. Such exercises consist, mainly, of cautiously taking a penis head with your fingers and elastically stretching it five to six times and repeating this method twice or more each day.

Such exercises can also be carried out, when you will feel necessity to urinate. It will be a reminder for you, thus, you should not forget when to do it next time. In some months after constantly doing such exercises it is possible to enlarge your penis approximately by 1 cm.

The doctor of medical science Stephen T.Chan agrees that penis stretching promotes augmentation of it. In his book "Tao of Sexology" he writes: "Size and the form of a penis though are defined at a birth of the person, though, can be subjected to changes. The body of the man can stop growing in thirty-year age, but penis growth does not stop! From scientific researches we know, that penis grows and develops up to the death. The older the person, the bigger becomes his sexual organ. Penis enlargement at length and at width is possible also by shaking and compressing it after an emiction ".

Yes, it's true, man's sexual organ continues to grow during all his life, just like nose and ears mostly due to the effect of a terrestrial attraction. However, this natural growing is too small, and it can be measured only in millimeters. This means that penis by length 15,2 can little grow and reach 15,9 cm. But by means of constant stretching and exercises, as the other methods, it's possible to achieve the new levels of natural growth. And, in opposite, contempting such methods male organ even can mildly atrophy.

In conclusion: constantly repeated, quite conscious penis stretching allows to relax the suspensory ligaments. The method of lengthening by stretching has much in common with Tao method and a Jelq system. All of them provide daily physical exercises which enlarge inflow of blood to the cells of male sexual organ, thus, leading to an erection (corpora cavernoga).

The principle incorporated in exercises assumes, that by means of constant stimulated rushes of blood to the penis, the organ can be extended, which leads to an augmentation. Such exercises as doctor Shlezinger recommends, it is necessary to do only after an emiction, and with time it is possible to achieve an enlargement of penis by 1 cm.
